Feeling good about oneself doesn't mean feeling better than anyone else!

I'm feeling great. I prioritise sleep, movement, meditation and good quality food. I prioritise health. I look better than ever before but it's not because I tried to look better but because my focus was on feeling healthy and full of energy. Step by step I moved towards good health habits.

I don't feel better than anyone else! I don't feel superior and I don’t have to compare myself to anyone! I can enjoy feeling good about myself and hope for everyone else to enjoy themselves too.

I want to spread joy and happiness and inspire people to look for them too. I believe that happiness is not something you achieve, it's something you DO. I actively look for it every day. It doesn't mean my life doesn't have setbacks! It doesn't mean I don't feel afraid. It doesn't mean I don't ever cry. It means that I experience life in the moment and the way it is. Just seeing a dog or a cat will bring a smile to my face - I prioritise these moments and allow myself to fully feel the joy it gives me. It doesn't have to be a major life event that brings joy. Spending time on Zoom calls with amazing people I get to call my friends is worth being grateful for.

I'm grateful for my life. Helping others in any way I can (sometimes very small, sometimes insignificant and sometimes much more than I imagine) gives me joy like nothing else in this world. I'm all about compassion for all living creatures and that's what's the most important to me.

I'm grateful for my body! My body is not something "I achieved", I don't see it as my accomplishment, it's something that was given to me and I will be forever grateful. The better I treat my body, the better I feel and the more energy I have to help people and animals I meet.

I'm choosing habits for happiness and I do them every day. That's what changed everything. That's what made my life worth living.

I hope you can join me and start to seek happiness every day. Don't wait for happiness - go for it!
